We welcome you to the online registration for the Third International Congress of Escuelas Nuevas –CIEN/2016-, to be held in Bogotá, Colombia, in November 10-11, 2016.

It is important to read all the following information before you start the registration process.

1. All participants are required to officially register.

2. You have 15 minutes to complete the form before the system times out.

3. Do not use the ‘back’ button during the online registration process. You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration details before the final stage of confirmation and payment of your booking.

4. All dates are shown in Colombian time (UTC/GMT-5).

1.  Registration includes

  • Access to all activities of the Congress
  • Morning and afternoon snack

2. Dietary Requirements: please note in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. If you require a Kosher meal, the Congress will make every effort to offer this; however if a Kosher meal is not available a vegetarian meal may be provided instead.

Method of Payment

1. After filling out the participant’s information, you will have the following options to make the payment:

- PayU for online payments using credit card
- Bank account information for deposits or wire transfers in Colombia or the United States *

2. You must complete the two steps registration process (i.e., participant’s info + payment)  (In order for your registration to be valid, you must complete both steps of the registration process: Step 1: filling out participant’s information, Step 2: make payment). After your payment, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your registration.

3. In the US, wire transfers and cash deposits are also available. Please note that depending on bank regulations these transactions may represent an additional fee for the participant.
